Free shipping on all orders in different regions is as follows:
- NSW: Each order over $300
- ACT: Each order over $300
- VIC: Each order over $600
- QLD: Each order over $600
- TAS: Each order over $600
- SA: Each order over $600
- WA: Each order over $1000
- NT: Each order over $1000
Delivery Fees
The delivery cost is based on your address and items ordered and will be showed when you checkout.
Delivery Term
All order will be dispatched 1 - 3 days from when your order has been paid. Please allow for longer during high volume order periods.
After the order dispatched, it usually arrived term as below:
- NSW: 1 - 7 Business Days
- ACT: 2 - 7 Business Days
- VIC: 2 - 10 Business Days
- QLD: 2 - 10 Business Days
- TAS: 3 - 10 Business Days
- SA: 3 - 14 Business Days

Above delivery time are based on metropolitan areas. Please allow for longer for very remote locations.
We cannot guarantee delivery time frames. The specific delivery time will depend on the logistics company. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics etc. may impact delivery times.
Please note, we recommend that you to schedule the installation after you have received and inspected the products. That can avoid unnecessary trouble caused by other problems.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
The delivery fees or free shipping are based on a single delivery only. It may charged for redelivery fee depend on the logistics company.
You will be advised by our delivery company that your items will be delivered to the nearest transport depot. As the case as no one at the place of receipt signed for the goods, or some very remote locations may not be accessible by our logistics suppliers.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
You may request the delivery with Authority to Leave your goods unattended, please make sure that the place of delivery is safe, it will be your responsibility, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
For severely delayed orders that cannot be tracked temporarily, after obtaining our written permission, this order can be processed according to our return policy, and you will receive a 100% refund after the processing is completed. In this case caused by the logistics company, we will not resend the goods until we have obtained clear information. If you really need these products, the most convenient and fast way is to place an order again.
Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at online.support@hellycartapware.com.au. If your return is accepted,
1. you need to be responsible for returning the goods to our warehouse, and bear the corresponding freight and risks during transportation. It is recommends that all returned items are sent with postal tracking and insurance.
2. If feasible, we can assist in providing shipping labels and arranging to collect the goods, shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the refund. If the goods cannot be successfully collected in the end, the customer still needs to arrange the return by himself.
All returns will be deducted the original shipping charges, even if the original order was free shipping, it will be deducted shipping charges based on our actual shipping charges.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
All goods need to be inspected within 24 hours of receipt. Please upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like goods with damaged or missing packaging. Unfortunately we cannot accept products with missing or significantly damaged packaging as they cannot be safely returned and are not fit for re-sale.
Commercial quantities orders (each item quantities over 10 units) - Unfortunately due to we need to keep the stock required for sale we cannot accept returns on commercial quantity orders. In some instances returns may be possible but will charge you a 20% restocking fee.
Customised or Fragile Products, including glass shelf etc. So once your order is confirmed these can't be returned or refunded.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
